In addition to Gothick's suggestions, I would also check out what is available on Pinterest. I have seen a lot of Frid/Barnabas stuff there.

Best closeup of Amy.  Of all the pictures I have posted of the kids, only the small closeup of David is as clear as I would like to see.  If anyone can make better resolution copies of the same images please let me know.
